Terms of Service
1. Provider
These terms apply to the PartnerContacts.com website and platform. The current provider name shown for the service is PartnerContacts.com. Full operator details will be added once they are finalized.
2. Service
PartnerContacts.com provides access to business contact datasets connected to marketing conferences, affiliate events, trade shows and related B2B events. The service includes event pages, lead search, filters, saved searches, account features and CSV exports for eligible paid users.
3. Business use only
The platform is intended for professional B2B research and outreach workflows. You must not use the service for consumer marketing, unlawful spam, harassment, discrimination, sensitive targeting, fraud, scraping or any activity that violates applicable law, platform rules or the rights of others.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping your login credentials secure and all activity under your account. We may suspend or restrict accounts that appear to violate these terms, create security risks or misuse exported data.
5. Free preview and Pro subscription
Free accounts can preview a limited number of lead records per search. The Pro plan unlocks full lead access and CSV exports. Unless shown otherwise at checkout, the Pro plan costs USD 25 per month including 19% VAT. The subscription renews monthly until canceled through Stripe billing.
6. Billing, taxes and cancellation
Payments are processed by Stripe. You must provide accurate billing information, including a correct billing address where requested. Invoices and payment receipts are generated through Stripe. You can cancel future renewals through the Stripe billing portal where available. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not automatically create a refund for the current billing period.
7. Use of lead data
Exported lead data may be used only for lawful B2B outreach, market research, partnership research, account targeting and related professional workflows. Before contacting a person, you are responsible for checking relevance, source context, suppression status, opt-out obligations and the rules that apply in the recipient's country.
You must not:
- publish, resell, sublicense or redistribute raw lead data as a competing database;
- use exported data for unlawful bulk messaging or consumer campaigns;
- ignore suppression, unsubscribe or opt-out requests;
- remove notices, source context or compliance-relevant fields from your internal review workflow;
- attempt to bypass access limits, scrape the application or automate downloads outside provided features.
8. Data accuracy
PartnerContacts.com aims to provide useful and verified business contact records, but lead data changes over time. We do not guarantee that every record is complete, current, deliverable or suitable for a specific campaign. You should review records before use.
9. Compliance responsibilities
You are responsible for your own outreach, legal basis, email marketing rules, unsubscribe handling, CRM import, suppression handling and recordkeeping. PartnerContacts.com provides data access tools, but does not send outreach on your behalf.
10. Intellectual property
The website, software, design, branding, event directory structure and platform features belong to PartnerContacts.com or its licensors. Your subscription gives you a limited right to use the platform and export allowed lead records under these terms.
11. Availability and changes
We may update, improve, pause or discontinue parts of the service. We aim to keep the platform available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
12. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PartnerContacts.com is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service, exported data or outreach activity. Nothing in these terms limits liability where such limitation is not allowed by law.
13. Privacy and opt-out
Use of the service is also governed by the Privacy Policy. Individuals who want their business contact record suppressed can use the opt-out form.
